Standard and Poor's Downgrades Miley Cyrus

Standard and Poor's announced Friday night that it has downgraded Miley Cyrus celebrity rating from A to C-, a precipitous drop for the once wildly popular starlet.

The rating agency cited Cyrus's advancing age (she will be 19 in November), in addition to her latest acting role in a movie scheduled to come out later this year entitled "LOL", which looks absolutely terrible.

S&P spokesman Gerald Avery commented on his agency's negative outlook on the tween queen's potential to transition her childhood superstardom into a successful acting career as an adult.

"I mean, come on," said Avery.

Contributing to S&P's steep downgrade of Cyrus were factors surrounding the actress's domestic environment, specifically the destabilizing influence of her father Billy Ray Cyrus.

"It is our belief that that guy is pretty nuts," read the official rating report, "It is our shared opinion that it would not be overly surprising if he killed her one day, then shoved a shotgun down his throat."

The report also mentioned that Cyrus opens her mouth way too wide when she talks, ant that it's really annoying.

S&P's downgrade of Cyrus follows Moody's stamping her as junk last week.
